ANTIGUA SAILING WEEK VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT AFTERNOON

Antigua Sailing Week is once again looking for a large number of volunteers to assist with every aspect of the event, not only during Antigua Sailing Week itself but also in the lead up to the event. To that end, a volunteer recruitment afternoon will be held upstairs at Antigua Yacht Club on Thursday, March 22, 2012 from 3 pm to 7 pm.

Assistance will be needed with everything from lifting and moving equipment to helping with sponsors' branding, cleaning tents, sorting equipment, hospitality on the docks and at the ASW information booths, pick-up and drop-off, at the Committee Desk and much, much more.

If you have some on your hands and want to be part of the famous Antigua Sailing Week SWAT (Sailing Week Antigua Team) team, then please attend the recruitment meeting on March 22. If you are unable to attend but would still like to volunteer, please contact thalia@sailingweek.com or call 720 - 7852. Please note that it is not necessary for you to be available for the entire week - any time that you can spare will be appreciated.

Come and join the SWAT team and be a part of all the excitement surrounding Antigua Sailing Week! The event can't happen without the kind assistance of all the people who volunteer their valuable time year after year.
