ANTIGUA SAILING WEEK SINCE 1967
The first Antigua Sailing Week took place in 1967 when a small group of sailors got together to enjoy competitive sailing. Since that time the event has grown to be one of the top sailing regattas in the world.
The event is owned by the Antigua Hotels and Tourist Assocation which is run by a board of individuals from large and small hotels and associate businesses around the island.
In 2011 the board elected to appoint a new structure to support the growth of Antigua Sailing Week over the following five years.
