Ingrid Abery brandishes her lenses at a wide variety of subjects from sailing through to power and beyound. Based in the UK she covers regattas in Europe, Austrailia, South Africa, the USA and Caribbean. Antigua Sailing Week with its top notch conditions last year ranks as on of the premier events. Her portfolio also bulges with images from America's Cup to Extreme 40 catamaran circuits.. Speed and drama are portrayed in many of her works and she can often be found inches under the windward hull of a catamaran at speed, or furiously making room at the pin-end as a pile up takes place whilst her shutter finger captures the unfolding scenario. Chris discovered photography at the tender age of twelve during his first overnight backpacking trip in the Sangre de Cristo mountain range of Mexico. From that moment on he was hooked and knew that a life of photograpy was for him.
