It takes an island to pull of an event the size of Antigua Sailing Week and a major player in that is our Government Organisations.The key agencies who do an enormous amount of work both before and during the week to ensure everything runs smoothly are the Antigua National Solid Waste Authority, The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda, Department of Customs and Immigration, Defence Force and the Coast Guard of Antigua and Barbuda. We thank them wholeheartedly for their huge support of our event.

The Environmental Awareness Group, or EAG as it is more commonly known, is a national, voluntary, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization focused on protecting Antigua’s environment. For Antigua Sailing Week it is co-ordinating effors to move the regatta to a ‘Greener’ regatta with all local agencies on the ground as well as with Sailors for the Seas.
